Longmont Quail Road- Harvest Junction - Acquired 108 acres of entitled, unimproved real property located one block east of Main Street, south of Ken Pratt Boulevard and north of Quail Road in Longmont, Colorado

B & B Land Offering - Participated in the underwriting of a first mortgage offering in the amount of $8.5 million. The proceeds will be used for the acquisition and entitlements of approximately 105 acres of real property in Edwards, Colorado known as the B&B Land (“B&B Land” or “Property”). The Property is located one-quarter mile west of the intersection of Highway 6 and Edwards Access Road (just south of Interstate 70), approximately 110 miles west of Denver, CO and 14 miles west of Vail, CO. The B&B Land is one of the few remaining large tracts of develop-able land in or around the town of Edwards.
