Westside Brighton LLC - Purchase of fifty fully finished single-family residential lots
in the Brighton East Farms subdivision (the “Property” or the “Lots”). Brighton East
Farms is a large master planned community located in the City of Brighton, Adams
County, Colorado. Brighton East Farms is a 500 acre master-planned community located north of the I-76
and Bromley Lane interchange in Brighton, Colorado. It consists of approximately 1,355
